SUMMER PROJECTS UPDATE

Information was shared with the school board that summer projects have begun and are continuing to take steps towards completion. Renovations of the Kindergarten and 1st Grade classrooms in Brainard, and the flooring replacements in Dwight have all begun.

TIGER KIDS CLUB (BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM) UPDATE

Principal Biltoft shared with the school board ian annual update on the before and after school program that has been in place for the last several years. 

ACTION ITEMS

PAY APPLICATION NO. 1 - BOYD JONES

It was presented to the board information regarding the first payment towards the facility project. This first amount includes work that has been done on the east campus in Brainard.

Pay Application No. 1  --  $112,161.10

MOTION PASSED: 6-0 (Jisa - Aye, Kozisek - Aye, Pekarek - Aye, Smaus - Aye, Spatz - Aye, Strizek - Aye)

GUARANTEED MAXIMUM PRICE (GMP) PROPOSAL

Representatives from Boyd Jones, were present at the meeting to discuss the guaranteed maximum price (GMP) proposal for the construction of a new competition gym, weight room, band room, and all the amenities that are included in this space. In addition, this also includes renovations within the current facility - nurses office and wrestling room.

The GMP means that the project will NOT go over that cost, unless a change order is approve by the school board.

Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) ---  $13,531,970
